Every now and then, a quest is issued in the IFF universe.
This means that you have to occupy a particular territory in order
to win and receive the prize that comes with it.
The prize can be additional resources (e.g. armies or bases) in IFF,
or real world sponsored items.
Winning a quest increases your adventure score.
